Based in Salem, Oregon, Tandem supports people who experience a wide array of support needs, including behavior support plans and nursing care plans. Tandem’s 24-hour homes are licensed for three individuals, providing superb, personalized care and support. Tandem’s supported-livings program provides comprehensive care for people in their own homes at the schedule of their choosing. Founded in 1996, Tandem has partnered with Westcare since 2010.

Milestone Decisions
Milestone Decisions, Inc is a non-profit organization, providing certified supported-living services in Coeur d’Alene and Moscow, Idaho. Based in Moscow, Milestone supports people who experience a wide array of support needs, including people with high behavioral or medical support needs. Milestone provides up to 24-hour supervision and support for individuals requiring either hourly, high, or intense support levels. Typically, supported living is provided in the individual’s home with a few other individuals of their choice who also receive superb, personalized care and support from Milestone Decisions. Milestone has partnered with Westcare since 1999.

Northbridge
Northbridge LLC is a for profit organization, providing 24-hour residential support in licensed assisted livings, residential and day habilitation support, respite, and supported employment services in the Anchorage municipality area. Based in Mid-town Anchorage, Alaska, Northbridge supports people who experience a wide array of support needs, including behavior support plans. Northbridge’s Assisted Living homes provide 24-hour support and are licensed for up to 8 individuals, providing superb, personalized care and support. Northbridge’s residential and day habilitation services provide comprehensive care for people in their own homes and communities at the schedule of their choosing. Northbridge’s supported employment program provides the necessary support and opportunities for individuals to have gainful employment services within and amongst their community. Founded in 2012, Northbridge has partnered with Westcare since its inception.

Willamette Vocational Resource Community (WVRC)
WVRC is a non-profit agency offering a wide array of vocational supports for individuals who experience I/DD. WVRC offers Day Support Activities (DSA) in Linn County at sites in Lebanon and Albany, Oregon. The DSA team facilitates a variety of facility and community-based services, helping people supported explore interests, engage in meaningful activities in their community, and explore volunteer and vocational options. Employment path services support individuals who are further along on their journey to employment with job discovery, job development, and job coaching resources. Additionally, WVRC’s contract services department provides janitorial and landscaping contract services throughout the Willamette Valley from Salem to Eugene through the Oregon Forward program that provides superior services and integrated community employment for people with differing abilities. Founded in 1959, WVRC is one of the longest serving I/DD providers in Oregon and has been partnered with Westcare Management since 2021.
