Westcare has successfully worked with social services agencies to improve their ability to meet community needs and the goals of their boards. We work with community partners and government agencies to coordinate services and raise funds, while also bringing our leadership and systems to the organization to ensure they are efficient, focused on providing good services, and produce strong outcomes.

CHANCE Recovery

Community Helping Addicts Negotiate Change Effectively (CHANCE) has served the Linn, Benton, and Lincoln County area for more than a decade. They provide substance use disorder resources including peer support, housing, and education to those in need. They also provide homeless shelter services in the city of Albany which has both low and high-barrier beds.
